What's in my head

I want to write. I want to read. I want a new camera, a studio, lighting equipment. the list is endless, but what do i need? i don't even know where to begin. I need to help others. To be honest, I've probably never experienced true need..... and so I misinterpret desire for necessity. I'm trying to consolidate. I'm also trying to indulge in those desires that can make me happy without being unwise or selfish choices.
